Over 250 trees were plotted and mapped on aerial photographs from the three individual park sites. Each tree was individually assessed, relevant data collected, comments and recommended works noted and photographs taken. The gathered information was collaborated and a spreadsheet developed that could be updated by the parks managers as works were conducted.


The principals of Quantified Tree Risk Assessment and Visual Tree Assessment were applied to the assessment allowing high risk trees to be identified and risk reduction works conducted immediately.
